The FCA have issued findings of their review of how firms offering restricted mass market investments (RMMIs) have complied with new rules on the customer journey. It has identified examples of good and poor practice for the wider sector to consider and make any necessary changes to their own practices.

  1. firms promoting restricted mass market investments to retail consumers
  2. firms promoting non mass market investments (NMMIs) to retail consumers
  3. firms intending to promote relevant cryptoassets to UK retail consumers when the financial promotion rules for cryptoassets come into force.
